As for your question on my blog- pettiskirts are not too hard to make but it takes a little patience. They are so fluffy that they're very forgiving of mistakes.
I did a pettiskirt tutorial on my blog. Just google pettiskirt instructions and creative chaos and the posts will come right up, I have taught a few classes and will be doing some more at Cotton Shop if you need the extra confidence classes bring.
